Welcome to Inside Out Wellness & Support Services (“the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking services, or participating in any program we offer, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.

2. Nature of Services (Important Legal Notice)

Inside Out Wellness & Support Services provides non-clinical, non-therapeutic, skill-building and behavioral support services.
Services may include:

• Life skills coaching
• Emotional regulation coaching
• Behavioral skills training (as an RBT under BCBA/LBA supervision)
• Parent/caregiver coaching
• Community integration skills
• Daily living skills development
• Non-clinical supportive counseling
  

We Do NOT Provide:

• Psychotherapy
• Mental health treatment
• Clinical diagnoses
• Medicaid-billable MHSS, CM, or therapy
• Crisis intervention services
• Emergency mental health support
  

Until formally licensed by DBHDS, all services are private-pay only and strictly supportive in nature.

Nothing on this website or in our services should be interpreted as medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.

3. Not a Substitute for Mental Health Treatment

Our services do not replace:

• Licensed therapy
• Clinical evaluations
• Psychiatric care
• Medication management
• Emergency intervention
  

If you are experiencing a crisis, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.

4. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when enrolling
• Participate actively in sessions
• Respect the professional boundaries of staff
• Seek licensed clinical services when recommended
• Avoid using the website or services for unlawful purposes
  

Failure to comply may result in termination of services.

5. Payment, Fees & Refund Policy

All services are private-pay until the Company becomes licensed by DBHDS.

Payment is due before or at the time of service unless otherwise stated in writing.

Refunds:

• Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable.
• Prepaid sessions cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or credited.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations incur the full session fee.
  

6. Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Show Policy

Clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

You will be charged the session’s full rate if:

• You cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled time
• You do not attend the session
• You arrive more than 15 minutes late and the session cannot continue
  

Chronic no-shows may result in suspension or termination of services.

7. Communication Policy

We communicate with clients through approved channels such as:

• Email
• Business phone or text
• Secure messaging (if applicable)
  

We do NOT provide on-call, after-hours, or emergency support.

Messages received outside business hours will be returned on the next business day.

8. Supervision of Behavioral Services

Any behavior-analytic services provided by an RBT are conducted under the ongoing supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA).

The supervising clinician oversees treatment design, progress monitoring, and ethical compliance.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and will protect your information according to applicable laws.
However, because we are not yet a DBHDS-licensed provider, we may not be subject to all regulations governing clinical providers.

10. Website Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, worksheets, guides, and downloadable materials—is the property of Inside Out Wellness & Support Services.

You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any material for commercial purposes without written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

Inside Out Wellness & Support Services is not liable for:

• Decisions you make based on website content
• Outcomes of personal actions outside sessions
• Misinterpretation of non-clinical guidance
• Technical issues, website interruptions, or data loss
• Crisis or emergency situations
  

Your use of services is at your own risk and discretion.

12. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if:

• You violate these Terms
• You require clinical, emergency, or specialized care outside our scope
• Safety concerns arise
• Payment is not received

Alternative referrals may be provided when appropriate.

13. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of any modifications.
